- single room supplement: € 4,00 / night
- supplement for one night stay: € 4,00 / person
- dog cleaning fee: € 4,00 / night
- Reductions for children when sharing a room with their parents: up to 14 years in their parents' room free of charge (supplement for breakfast buffet and evening meal 12,00 Euro)
- rooms can be reserved with written confirmation. In the event of early departure or late arrival the full room price will be charged.
- in the event of no-show cancellation charges according to Austrian Hotel Regulations will be charged.

Conditions of cancellation
In the event of cancellation Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Our conditions of cancellation:
Cancellations can be made free of charge up until 60 days before the agreed arrival date of arrival.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 before the agreed arrival date a cancellation charge of 30% of the agreed price will be made. In the event of cancellation after the 29th day before the agreed arrival date we will charge 50% of the agreed price. In the event of cancellation after the 20th day before arrival we will charge 80% of the agreed price. In the event of no-show without cancellation we will make a charge of 90% of the agreed price.
